It is a 300 year old basaltic tableland that shows three geological eras: Precambrian, Tertiary and Quaternary.

The streams that flow at the foot of the hills, after the snow of the winter has melted, give shape to small valleys that surround the plateau and where people have settled down thus creating villages that suffer the effect of the temperature amplitude: -25° C in winter and 35° C in summer. It is a completely non-explored and non-contaminated area.
